As the saying goes, ”Interest is the best teacher.” Everyone has their own hobbies, such as running, painting and playing football, from them we can learn a lot what can’t be learnt on classes. In the university, my major is the electronic information engineering which is useful in our daily life. After class, I’d like to read some books about the Chinese medicine to kill time. By it I can also have much knowledge that is beneficial to health. Because of the pressure of study or just playing computer games, many students are living an unhealthy life--stay up late, eat irregularly, hardly do sports etc. It’s unworthy that study hard while ignoring health, I think. Chinese medicine tells us that living on the Earth, we should follow the nature, have food regularly and keep good hours. Before the disease outbreaks, providing people treatment is the advantage of Chinese medicine. In our space time, we can develop interests to enjoy ourselves. Through it we can not only have a good rest, but also expand our horizon. Chinese medicine is our Chinese culture, we can not abandon it. Besides, I also play chess and take a walk to enjoy free time.
