i think one should not stopping learning just because he is a little order. As we known the word is changing.the acknowledge we learned yesterday may be not useful in today.So in order to living we need to study new things,learn new skills to keep us capable for the word. one of my neighbour he is 40.recently he had lost his job.because the new graduated students have more energy more skill and ask for lower salary.after lose his job he had to take participate in an career advise course.after a fewer months learn he find a new job now. so in my opionon ever you move first or the fate will caught you!it is never to late to getting a degree or learn a new skill.
