Some people think that the government should establish free libraries in each town. Others, however, believe that it is a waste of money since the public can use the Internet at home to obtain information. Discuss both sides and give your own opinion.
【题目讲解】
这回试题难不倒烤鸭。冲突的焦点落在[有必要设立图书馆]或[没有必要]，而不是单一的立场library PK Internet。在家使用因特网的好处太多，可是利用图书馆可以补足其功能complementary。
两个问题。引言3 sentences之后，1. 讨论二者的利弊，看中体的承段6 sentences与转6 sentences段。2. 考生提出看法，看合段的结论3 sentences。
起段引言 Introduction
开头第一句。申论主题：使用因特网可以取得各种资讯Vs.图书馆对大众有利。
开头第二句。集中焦点：冲突是两难自解。
开头第三句。一分为二：分头指引讨论二者利弊。
文中衔接词和过渡词使用的很棒；作者句法基本功不错，可适当增加从句的使用；作者能较熟练、灵活地使用词汇，建议要多使用高级词汇。
As known to us all,people go to the library for reading or look up some information they want.It is very convenient for public to absorb acknowledge,however,as time goes by,people get imformation from different ways ,for example,using Internet ,is more easy and quick than going to the library.whenever you want to look up the imformation just need to open your computer,almost everything you can find in the Internet.On the one hand,the Internet provides an easy way to get imformation,On the other hand, it also gives some trouble for us.I can give you an example,when we look up online ,we find that there is too much advertisement which we don't want to see,so it really wastes your time on these boring advertisement.On the contrary,library can avoid them,and can save your time on it.Both of these two ways can make full use our time for study or work,they are our good helper which we can't live without.In my opinion,I will use two of them to help me to accomplished my work or study.They are really helpful for us all.
