Because they think the phone is more convienent,which has the same function as the computer.As a matter of fact,overusing the phone is harmful to our eyes,neck.It is easily that rely on the phone.What's more,people become seldom talking,lack of communication with others. As a college student,I am convinced that it is of great necessity for people to control the overusing phone.We should advocate,educate and encourage our friends,classmates and acquiantence to reasonablity use the phone.
