Higher education should be open to everyone.Since everyone are equeal before the law that everyone should have the equal right to obtain higher education.We always say people are born equal,the truth is we are born unequal.Some lucky some not.Unluck people should have chance to change his fate.Higher education is a way.Some people said only the elite students should be allowed to proceed higher education.Only that could use the limited education resources most efficent.I disagree with it.Elite students may be good at study but if only the elite student could take higher education cann't improve the whole education level of sociaty.Only more and more normal take the higher education that can truely make the whole sociaty move forward.
