Since we live in society we always need the others to cooperate to finish a work.In that way a good colleague is impartially necessity.In my opinion a good colleague is that guy he always will to give you a hand when you need help.When you have trouble in work you could ask help for.Good colleague is the person you could work together to finish the job efficient and quickly.The one you could always learn somthing form it.The one you respect not only is skill but also he/she's personal characheter.The one you will to spend your time and energy to work with.The one you like and respect.The one you could easily get along with.I think that is one of the most important standars for a good colleague.
