First of all,from the perspective of economics,giving everybody the precious chance to get university education is not practical.Because of the obvious shortage of educational resources,such as the teaching staff,the classrooms,the playgrounds and the accodomation,etc.,the educational system cannot provide adequate space for everyone.Moreover,this kind of idea cannot warrant its own fiscal balance,which is the universal rule in most cases,i.e.what people paid for the current practices must produce relevant advantageous results.Nevertheless,everyone having university education cannot achieve the social goals and make devotion to human civilization.More seriously,some people would inevitably waste the cherishable funds offered by sponsors,if the government makes the higher education free for all citizens. Secondly,it is obvious that not everyone has the talent or intelligence to grasp the content of advanced courses.Therefore,letting everyone who has various levels of knowledge and creativeness converge in universities where professors teach students about abstruse ken and extensive lore,including mathematics,biology,anthropology and archaeology,is absolutely low-productive,and even harmful to some degree.Apparently,the decentralization of human industry,where everyone has the lonesome and the unique position in the complex system of human society,is the important invention of long exploration and is of vital significance for future progress. However,the idea that everyone should have the privilege to get university education,is a historic dream deriving from ancient world.For example,in China,there was a sage called Confucius who strongly believed in the egalitarianism among all ranks of residents,as long as they wanted to purchase knowledge and wisdom.Indeed,the government and parliamen should erect law and take action to reasonably allocate the educational resources,thus making gradually open the opportunities of getting universities education for more expansive groups than before. Conclusively,on the basis of above ratiocination,it is the education that makes modern society and contemporary residents more promising.This thought will not fade and receive permanent concern,indubitably.For personal growth,enjoying university education is the influential method to optimize impoverished condition and to promote ability.For the government,nonetheless,has no obligation to give everyone the chance to get university and make it free.
