With the increasingly rapid development of commercial society and the inevitable changes of the modern lifestyle affected by the hectic business and periphrastic affairs,the schedule of TV programmes has been transmitted in a full day in some developed countries.As a result of the striking vicissitude,many experts and academicians incessantly debate about its influence and then provide practical advices to the authorities which have the privilege to administer the mass media.In my point,although the way that TV programmes are transmitted currently has some apparent shortcomings,it can still bring out more benefits,from multifarious aspects. First of all,from the perspective of economics,the TV programmes transmitted in day and night will take advantage of comprehensive system in TV stations and make use of spare resources.For example,companies can conduct propaganda and promote their commodities whose advertising cost is relativly lower than in rush hours.Therefore,on the one hand,enterprises can utilize the duration at nights to publicize themselves,and on the other hand,the TV station can obtain extra money by commercials.Moreover,there are also huge demands for the staff and employers who can work and finish tasks at night,thus making employment opportunities more available than before. Secondly,it is obvious that giving consumers the availability to enjoy TV programmes is indubitably a beneficial progress,in terms of consumers' welfare and recreations.Indeed,everyone may be different in the biological clock,which means the diverse personal habits.For instance,sometimes writers and artists want to work at the deep night when no one could possibly disturb them or bother them.As many artists hve said,they usually intent to search for the inspiration through extensive touching and feeling of the real world,sometimes thus making watching TV programmes helpful. However,undeniably,there are disadvantages of giving the complete freedom to citizens,too.Firstly,if neighbors living closely often watch TV programmes with aloud noise,such as the soap opera,the drama,the comedy and obnoxious thrillers,people cannot feel peaceful and enjoy the mellifluous sleep.Clearly,it has been reported frequently that conflicts between neighbors because of the noise always cause tragic and unharmonious consequences.Secondly,as for those adolescents,they may be addicted in watching episodes or the serial of cartoons,which are attractive for teenagers.Actually,it is the noxious inducement that is the main reason why so many youngsters develop unhealthy habits. Conclusively,on the basis of above ratiocination,delivering TV programmes has both effect on economic growth,democratic rights and social issues,but unquestionably its advantages outweigh its disadvantages.In order to optimize its condition and cope with its potential troubles,the government should erect law and take feasible action to standardize the schedule,and to pose strict regulations upon what the TV station can deliver.
