Form the bar chart given above, we can observe that the life expectancy and infant mortalirty experienced some changes during the past serveal years. From 1960 to 1990, the life expectancy increased from 40 years old to roughtly 60 years old. During the same period, the rate of the infant mortality decreased from nearly 20% to 10%, the bar chart informs us of the phenomenon that the people can live longer today. What exactly contribute
