Some people think that the government should establish free libraries in each town. Others, however, believe that it is a waste of money since the public can use the Internet at home to obtain information. Discuss both sides and give your own opinion.
【题目讲解】
这回试题难不倒烤鸭。冲突的焦点落在[有必要设立图书馆]或[没有必要]，而不是单一的立场library PK Internet。在家使用因特网的好处太多，可是利用图书馆可以补足其功能complementary。
两个问题。引言3 sentences之后，1. 讨论二者的利弊，看中体的承段6 sentences与转6 sentences段。2. 考生提出看法，看合段的结论3 sentences。
起段引言 Introduction
开头第一句。申论主题：使用因特网可以取得各种资讯Vs.图书馆对大众有利。
开头第二句。集中焦点：冲突是两难自解。
开头第三句。一分为二：分头指引讨论二者利弊。
文中衔接词和过渡词使用的很棒；文中词汇表达比较多样，能多用高级词汇就更好了；作者句法基础较为扎实。
With the rapid development of our society, more and more people begin to realize the importance of information. According to the public’s requirements, the government should establish free libraries for those who want to search for the information some people think. However, others take concerns that building a library is a waste of money because many kinds of information can be found on the Internet at home instead of going to the library. In my opinion, library and Internet are very helpful ways to search for information, but both of them have their benefits and shortage. For example, if you are urgent to know some news, surfing on the Internet is the best way you should choose because Internet can provide you the latest news in time and you can save a lot of time to search some useless messages in the library. While, if you have abundant time and you want to get more detailed information, the library is the best place you can go. Owing to all kinds of books reserved in the library from education to business and so on. No matter which one you more prefer, library and Internet are both the great places where you are eager to search for some information.
