some peple like to working in a large company but somebody prefer to stay at small company , these depends on different personality and job catgory. The people who choose to work for a large company may have a more ingrasive chariterlize . The large company usually have more appotunity and presure as well, if somebody want to have a pormotion , he or she would better work in the large company. On the other hand, small companies have their won good , the people in small company may have less persure ,and it's more easy to get loog with the peer if someone working in small company. Also small company might become a large compeny in the future ,such the facebook, which only has few people in it ,but graduly it becomes a huge company and won a big succusse. In my opinon , I prefer to work in a small compeny .Because small compeny have less employees and everyone in the office are very familer to each other. We can working together just like a family! Moreover, I believe that small compeny have more portentill to grow ,and I can be the fist one to see and join it's grows.
