I am going to keep getting enough exercise and training my body stronger. I need to get up early on mornings and go for a walk outside to take fresh air. Or read a great variety of books,especially it is a famous book which is like A Dream in Red Mansions. More read a few books,less watch TV on television. I make a plan to do some housework for my mother. I also want to become a volunteer in order to help farmers to do their jobs and give cleaners a hand to clean the streets of the city.
