It is a common phenomenon that lots of commodities are packaged excessively.The are so many reasons why shops are willing to do so.Firstly,excessive packaging is of great help to promote the goods.In addition,consumers are easily attracted by the overpackaged goods,thus shops can make easy money.Furthermore,some goods are brought for others and excessive packaging can meet their satisfaction.As far as I'm concerned,packaging is a waste of resources and time.Ofen it consumes more money,so I think we'd better undertake our responsibility to protect the environment.Excessive packaging not only costs more money,but does harm to environment.Personally,I advocate that we should go shopping from retailer's stores and resist overpackaging.Corporations should abide their commercial code and make some laws to guide the packaging.Lectures also should be made to diffuse the idea that we should treasure the resouses.
