The main purpose of the painter can be interpreted in terms of conserving natural resources and protecting our environment. Firstly,it is the most important that natural resources should be conserved so as to keep sustainable development. As is well known, natural resources are limited and some of them are not renewable. State leaders around the world have realized and acknowledge that we are likely to face a global energy shortage over the next few decades. So we should make wise of natural resources. Secondly, excessive exploitation of natural resource must be prohibited in order to protect our environment. Nowadays, natural disasters such as flood and drought occur more frequently. If we do not stop our unreasonable action, we will suffer severe punishment from the nature.
