A great leader is an elder ,a boss or a friend. He can take care of us like a parent ,include our life , work and learning. we are so young that some mistake couldn't avoid . And the leader can point it us . IF you want to be an excellent leader , you should have those charactors like management,straget, learning ,respondsabilities and so on . OF courese , when you have those abilities ,it wouldn't means you are a good leader . if the job have few people favor , you would be fired .Because your job would make company lose profits . A good leader is a good friend . On your way to future , a good leader will be your partner who always surppot you , courage you , point you . IF you want to be good leader , come on !
