A great leader is an elder,a boss or a friend. He can take care of us like a parent ,include our life , work and learning. we are so young that some mistakes couldn't avoid . And the leader can point us . If you want to be an excellent leader , you should have those characters like management,straget, learning ,respondsabilities and so on . Of courese , when you have those abilities ,it wouldn't mean you are a good leader . If the job got few people support , you would be fired .Because your job would make company lose profits . A good leader is a good friend . On your way to future , a good leader will be your partner who always surppot you , courage you , point you . IF you want to be a good leader , come on !
