What is leadership? This is a difficult question as it can be so variety at different occasion. Leaders can be chief officer in a company, president of a country, and also king of the land. They have certain rights and conduct the execution of certain range. They are really occupied every second. Any choice made by them can change someone's fate or even biological life. By their right, they cannot abuse. By their responsibility, they cannot hide. Once someone become leader, no matter how limited rights he posses. Their life shall be very focused on this leadership. The most well-known quantity of leadership should be rationality. As a leader, they may have to make decision in a fraction of second. Panic never helps by this situation, they have to be stick and clear minded. Except rationality, honor must be the second most important quantity to be leader. The history of monarchy is quite long. Bad and good things mixed in this history. But the quantity of honor shall be a shining star. Kings and knight fight for honor and they are the first one to enter the battle and never forefeet. This quantity is combination of bravery, modest, and lots of other quantity. But there is no other vocabulary can compete the word "honor", and so does other quantity.
