Currently, the decreasing quality of life in large cities is causing great concern.In this essay, I intend to explore the causes and solutions of this issue. It is obviously that the reasons of the decreasing quality of life in large cities are highly complex.Fisrtly, as the increasing development of human society, by the wreak havoc on natural resources and non-sustainable development, the envirnment problems have been rising in recent years.It is evident that the air and water pollution became worse.For instance the sand strom in BeiJing and chemical pollution in ChangJiang river.As we know, the clean air and water is the critical element for human's survior, living with the polluted air and water, the citizens especially in large cities suffer a great of health damage.Secondly,under the pace of life is accelerating in the large cities, the competetion between employees became more severely.The overstress work leads to some finess probem rising, for example depression and sleeplessness.In some manufacture factories,the deadline for some tasks is so short that many people live with a sedentary lifestyle in order to finish the job. In light of the above factors,I am conviced that immediate actions should be taken to combat this situation.Priority should be given to solution for the envirnmental pollution.For instance, the government should legislate the policies to encourage citizens to take use of public modes of transport like bus, which will lead to reduction of private vehicle in the results of relieving of air pollution.Besides,a healthy life should be advocated ,the materialistic purpose of life which is exaggerated by press without objective and balance need be regulated by relative section.Most importantly, as an individual, learning how to justified the overpressure is demanded. Having a tuorism during festival holiday which can push back one's vision and experience muti-sensory will be a good way to relax body pysically and psychologically. In summary,the causes of the declining quality of life in large cities are comlicated, we should take a wide range measures, including gavernment and individual aspects to address this problems before the damage caused by the trend is irreversible.
