In addition, certificates show that they are active; they don't sit around in their spare time. Instead they're constantly looking forward to improving themselves. All of the above is what sets them apart from other applicants when applying for a sought-after position. In my opinion, certificates are attractive, but should not be overemphasized．Other practical skills are equally important. To conclude, we should emphasize more on improving our ability instead of merely getting a certificate.
