The contribution of a person to the company's profits definitely decides whether he or she would be fired by their supervisor. Therefore, a heat debate that employees who always follow their supervisor’s instructions are more valuable to their companies than employees who try to find new or better ways, has been put on desk. I prefer both of the two ways with regard to the circumstances that we meet. A successful company needs various people with distinct characters. These people can be roughly divided into two groups: one is always following their boss and the other is finding something new and better. When talking about the first kind of people, we mean they have enough implimentation ability and can finish what the boss tells them. Such people are superior to conduct some setted tasks than the other people regardless the original and creative thinking. By comparison, the second people are full of critical ideas. Once a duty is assigned to them, the first thing coming to theri mind undoubtably is whether there is a more efficicent and convenient solution to this problem. Sequently, they will propose alternative solutions rather than do it as it is. It is no denying, somtimes, that the people finding new ways may not fulfill their work completely. But when they put forward an innovative and effective plan, which will benefit the company significantly, their value to the firm comes true.
