It is universally acknowledged that communication is the basis of a harmonious society.Without communication,we cannot understand others' thoughts which will result in misunderstanding even conflicts.For example,when you are late for work because of some incidents,you may be criticized by your boss.But you can communicate with your boss and interpret why you are late and it will never happen again.If no communication,you must leave a bad impression on your boss.It will affect your future development quite. Meanwhile,communication also plays an important role in the development of human being.To break one stick easily,but it's quite difficult to destroy thousands of sticks if they are combined together.There is always a strong team behind a great achievement rather than a person. So communication is an inseparable part of our life.
