 There is a widespread concern over the issue that if the riches should make contibutions to social charity . But it is well known that the opinion concerning this hot topic varies from person to person. A majority of people think that the riches are supposed to devote their love to community charities. In their views, there are 2 factors contributing to this attitude .The reasons are as follows: in the first place, the riches have the abilities to help more people than those who are not so affluent.Furthermore, in the second place,This is also a part of the social responsibility for the riches,which is of vital importance for them .However, some people hold the opposite opinions that the riches needn´t take part in social charities. In their point of view, the government should play the most important role in social charity. As far as I am concerned, I am strongly convinced the view that the riches shoud contribute to doing some charity. It is not only because they have more opportunities to help others, but also because everyone should take action to make the world full of love and warm. The more people join in it , the better the world becomes.
