In their point of view,the government should play the most important role in social charity. As far as I am concerned,I am strongly convinced that the riches shoud contribute to doing some charity.It is not only because they have more opportunities to help others,but also because everyone should take action to make the world full of loveness and warmness.The more people join in it,the better the world becomes.
