In contemporary society, our technic skills are rapidly developing. And cellphone has become the widest appliance electronic products around the world, but shall we really use the telephone at anywhere or anytime? In my point , i think needlees to say answer should be "No" especially at locus publicus such as buses, trains or airplane. To begin with, i think when you use cellphoe for calling your friends you may bother others and it is not impolite. For instance, one of my friends call me when he is in the buse, he talks really aloud, and i ask him to turn his voice a littel bit down, but he says it is alright and continue to communicating with me loudly and a few seconds later i can hear clearly that an old voice shouted at him :" hey, boy can you just shut up?" So i know exactly that what mean to have a phone call at public places , it means disturb others. In addition i think sometimes it is not secure if you use telephone at a public place. Take airplane for examples, if we use telephone at a passenger plane, we may create signal interference to the plane and perhapse everyone will have life risks. So for our better life we should not use cell phone whenever at locus publicus. According to all evidence above, i think i one hundred prcent agree with the statement mention in the topic.
