Nowadays their are more and more countries begin to regard teamwork as a significant part in our projects. A good leader can lead a team to succeed or fail, this means if we want a good result we need a good leader. But there are different best bosses in different minds.A nd i think a good leader should be unassertive and can make his or her teammates together First of all , I think a good leader cannot be overconfident. Supposing that a boss who is really pretentious and always ignored his teammates' proposes and order them do everything he wanted ,and as time passes his members are all not be willing to work for him and also his plane are not always resolve the troubles. And his team end up with failing. And take this leader as a example, in my view i think he is lack of modest and not good at adapt others suggestions and this is why he lost. So i think as a positive leader modest is undoubted, he or she must has this advantage. In addition, i think as a leader his work is not only defeat his opponent but also make his members together. For instance, a leader who is very modesty and respect his members but because of this ,in his team his members argue with each other frenquently because of the disparate advices. For this his team is always out of control, and waste a lot of time on argueing and also end up with failing. As all of the evidences above ,to be a good leader we shoulde not noly good at adapt others advices but also shoud control the situation manipulablely.
