I believe many people are afraid to say "NO". Today I will discuss the topic here. First of all, when should we say "NO" if someone ask you to help him or her. So you should consider yourself in light of your ability.If you think you can complete it ,and it doesn't interrupt you a lot at the same. you should help them. If not, refusing is the best idea. But why do some people say "YES" when them should refuse them ? This is because them don't realize the consquence which them can't complete this task. So we say "NO" is wise sometime. Not only do it reflect our decisive ,but also it can reduce cast time and troubles. By contraries，you will feel exhaused ,or you feel you are not useful . In the last, we should say "NO" at the suitable time as much as you can.
