The danger of computer theft is increasing.Government agencies, large corporations, and small business are using them frequently.They use them to maintain important records which include pay statements and inventories ,most of them even records employees’ personal data such as names,addresses.Computer theft means changing computer records illegally to transfer to yourself money also stealing personal information to set up false identities.Computer theft losses run to billions of dollars a year.For every computer crime discovered,ten go undetected,the staggering losses occur because computer owners are ignorant.
