As the internet and the associated technology developed so quickly these years, online shopping became more and more popular to common people. The conveniences it brings us cannot be counted. It saves us time and energy, brings us myriads of choices, sometimes we meet big sales and can easily get a real bargain. It seems that shopping online has become a fashion, a symbol of our epoch. I believe most of the people nowadays have experienced the privilege of online shopping. Products of all kinds and all brands are provided to us online, all we have to do is to click into a webpage and choose what we need, which saves our consumers a lot of time and energy of going out to different shops for needed goods. However, what we need to notice is that every coin has two sides, there are still some disadvantages of online shopping. First of all, the quality of products isn’t guaranteed. Maybe many of us once met with the embarrassed situation that the product we received was in bad quality or just quite different from what we saw on photos on the webpage. No wonder that being cheated by sellers is always a bad memory. Secondly, one may find that the product he bought being broken when he received the parcel or the time of transporting the product is too long, which may cause us great trouble if we need the product in a hurry. All these problems are to blame the transporting system but our consumers can do little to improve the situation. In order to decrease the affects that these problems bring to customers, several solutions are mentioned here. Associated laws on online shopping should be made by government, for the illegal behavior of sellers should surely be condemned. What’s more, the transporting system should be improved by associated institutions. Besides, consumers ourselves should improve the conscious of distinguishing the products and decrease the opportunity of being cheated.
