Dear Mr.Wang Thank you very much for having offer me this promising position to work for the ABC Company.It never occurred to me that I would have to leave.However,today I make a hard decision to quit it. Painfully,I have realized that I overestimated my adaptability.My personality can not match the requirements of the positon which highly value open-mindedness and negotiation.What is more,I have less time to accompany my family because I have few weekends here.Actually,when I applied for this job,I had hoped to have more time with my kid and parents. I do apologize for any inconvenience I might have caused and wish you could consider my request.Please let me know if there is anything I can do to make this transition for the company.
