In many metropolis cities all around the world, especiallly English speaking countries, it isn't surprising to see people from different cultures living and working together. What accounts for those multicultural phenomenon? Most of human civilisation can be attributed to the technology. With advancement of transportation and communication technology, people are allowed to travel without limitation of space and time. Traveling by Plane which used to be the previliage of the riches are now affordable for most people leading to the mobility of population. what is more, in some immigrant-friendly countries like the us and astrulia which have a long history of welcoming multicutural elements are creating more and more policies to make it possible for multiculturism. Without doubt that it will cause some problems. There are constant reports on the issue that people collide with each other because of misunderstanding others cultures. Further more, the minor ethnics are tend to be assimilated into the major culture leaving the young generation being confused about their identity. Despite the down sides of the multiculture society , it also has its bright side. The globalization brings business across national borders to stimulate domestic ecomony growth and makes the sharing of technology transnationally possible. These years , people are coming in and out transnationally , doing business to improve their life , studying the most advanced technology to apply to their homeland. Multiculture society welcomes creativity and development, i think one day we will find to live in a global world while maintain our own personalities.
