In recent years,a lot of people consider that happiness is living in a life without problems around.However,in my opinion,Iam agreed with the saying that "Happiness is not the absence of problems,but the ability to deal with them." The reason in this statement is following.To begin with,in our life,there must some problems we have to face with.As a proverb says that"Life includes happiness and troubles."Happiness is closely associated with problems,and the key is to invert the problems into happiness.Only when you develop your ability to deal with problems successfully,can you feel your truly happy from your heart for you overcome the setback which you thought you can't overcome before.For example,oral Englidh learning is a good case in this point.In the past,I couldn't speak a fluent English.Each time my teacher asked me to answer a question,I felt too upset and embarrassed to speak a word.After that,my teacher had a word with me and encouraged me to open my mouth to speak.From that,I encouraged myself to open my mouth to speak without a horror of making mistakes.After practicing for a long time,now I can speak Engliah fluently. To sum up,happiness is the ability to deal with troubles instead of the absence of them.After managing to overcome the setback,we have a sense of truly happy.
