同意或者不同意,都是错误的。不结合具体情况,无法判断哪一个更好。先比较两种沟通方式的优缺点(relative merits)

然后根据不同的情况说明那种方式更好:跟老板、同事沟通,face-to-face communication更好;跟愤怒的投诉顾客,telephone更好一些;跟情人沟通,当然face-to-face更好。

The advent of Internet and other outreach technologies has caused an explosion in communication ways. Communication tools like telephone or email have offered much convenience for people's lives. It is no wonder that more and more citizens prefer to communicate with each other through those tools. While others would rather a face-to-face way. As far as I am concerned, how to communicate should depend on certain circumstances. It is no denying that many problems described by telephone can not be explained as clear as a face-to-face talk. My brother and his girlfriend can attest to that. My brother had to work for another week last summer vacation for his company was facing great difficulties in cooperation with another company. He is bearing great pressure. But he had promised his girlfriend to go back home with her to meet her parents. Obviously, it is out of place. The girl tended to consider it an excuse to refuse her, since meeting her families is an important rite. Obviously, the problem between them can not be solved through a telephone call. A week later, my brother went to her home and apologized to them, explaining the certain situation and they forgiven him immediately. It is not to say other types of communication are trivial. As a matter of fact, they play a giant role in many aspects. Given the situation that a customer is very unpleasant with the service in your company. Face-to-face communication will probably make things worse to some extent. The best option is sending him a sincere letter or an email to apologise. After calming down, the customer may analysis the problem more objectively. Not only can problems be solved, but the company make a great impression on the customer as well. Regardless of the pros and the cons on both sides, not everyone will agree on all the aspects. Therefore, how to communicate should depend on certain situations.
