Several factors may account for the phenemenon.In the first place,parents and grandparents lavish care on them,let them indulge in them self-admiration.Secondly schools misses out the training for facing the burden of real society such as umemployment、misinterpretation of peer and so on.At last but not least,society is also a dispensable factor,it provides few opportunities for them to put what they learned into practice to contach the real world earlier.Therefore,the joint factors make contribute to the students' weakness.
