For example, many students are so addicted to phones, that the classes fail to catch their attention, which has an adverse effect on their studies. As far as I am concerned, mobile phones do help us a lot in our study and life, yet we should not spend too much time using them. I suggest that people should spend more time doing other things. Without the help of cellphones, you can enjoy the meaningful life.
