Should private car owners be taxed for pollution With increasing develop economy society dramatically,an increasing of people have a ability to buy a car.Accordingly,with more and more people have a car,there is a issue about this situation that the environment is serious polluted.Obviously,when somebody ask me should private car owners be taxed for pollution.My answer is positive. There are a great many reasons to support my answer that why i will do this.We can see a beautiful and pure sky in our childhood that period hasn't a lot of cars.However,our environment has appeared various pollution,for instance,poison gas and polluted water and so on.Unfortunately,it is a seriously phenomenon that we can't see a great many of stars in the pure sky in the summer night. Consequently,we should take this suggest "pollution tax" on private car to prevent our environment.This way will reduce people using car,then the environment pollution problem will become better.Only in this way can we have a wonderful and colorful environment.
