Dramatic increase of obesity These days,the number of people who are much too fat in a way that is unhealthy is increasing sharply. In my opinion,there are three factors that contribute to the dramatic increase of obesity. The first reason is technology development in the world. We gradually break the habit of walking with the automobile industry growing up. The production process,what's more,is now fully automated. It's not necessary that we labour hours in factories. Then,we have more leisure time where we often watch TV or movies in a comfortable way. The way we enjoy ourselves leads to a sedentary lifestyle. Last but not least,we eat the unhealthy food with high frequency. The high fat content is the major reason why is overweight. I shouldn't imagine what will our life look like if we wouldn't control ourselves. Consequently,the healthy habits place more importance on our life.
