Nowadays the mix of people from different culture and ethnic group is becoming more and more common. In the current social it is not difficult to find that you are surrounded by people from different country. In my opinion, the advance of telecommunication and transportation boost the trend. The advent of airplane and internet largely shorten the distance of the earth, which is make people's moving becoming easy and convenient. Moreover, immigration policy plays a critical role in that. For the recent decades, some developed countries have been reforming their immigration policy to encourage excellent people joining. Also, transnational companies are an equivalent important factor to cause the cross-border moving of people. The moving of population, especially for the countries which population flowing in, the positive effects are obvious. The mix of different culture brings culture diversity and make the society more tolerable. Rising amount of population stimulates consuming and then boosts economic development. A large amount of excellent persons joining advances innovation. However, we cannot deny that it also causes some negative issues, such as culture conflict, assimilating and marginalizing culture which have been causing the young generation lost. To conclude, the moving of population is a trend. BY that, what we need to do is to boost the benefits which it causes and try to reduce its negative effects.
