We live in a society that keeps changing everyday, but some changes seem not so benificial, and one of these bad changes is we are getting more lazy which makes us lose the interests in sports. so I would not agree with the idea that our government should spend more money on the arts but not the athletics. In today's China, our health is getting even worse though the great progress we make in our economy and social development. why? Bcause we are devoid of exercising. The students are traped by the sdudy and endless homework, and the so called white collers are in the middle of work. Some peple spare no time excercising for the lack of time, others like colledge students around us, they have plenty of but they just excercise a little because they they don't like it or they prefer to do other things instead. consequently, the latter generation is getting weaker than their predecesors, this is horrible. So we need more money to be invested in the athletics to build more gyms, to make more sports stars, to stir up the interests of excercising of more people. We are studying good, we are working good, but we need them better, because we have to lay a solid basis for them, that's our health, to getting more healthy with sports. I think we shuld not stay sliently for all the time, we need more exercising time, that is why the government should spend more money supporting athletics.
