Besides, sometimes you will be influenced by your emotion rather than rational when first to know something. So, when you turn clam, you may have a definitely an opposite conclusion. What's more, if the things are complete, you couldn't get a right conclusion without spending time analyzing them. In summary, limit information and emotional effect as well as enough time to analyze are the major reasons that we ought not to make conclusion as soon as we see or hear something.
