In the conjuction to that, international movies could always impress viewers by those incredible exotic stories with different backgrounds. People are born to pay more attention to a different story other than their own life , which gives those foreign films more charm than domestic movies provide. Also, with the globalization, people are tend to get access to foreign films much easier than before. However, films made locally present their unique culture and promote their own values which are quite significant to our society, hence , govenment should try to prevent local film industry from being damaged by the fierce competition by supporting it financially . There is one more thing that the government could do to save local film business which is to avoid too many foreign films on the cinemas by setting strict rules . I believe local films have their merits should be treated as well as the foreign counterparts.
