From the table above we can get the idea that life expectancy in the 1990s had raised a lot than in the 1960s and infant mortality in the 1990s had greatly reduced. The table shows living standards in China have greatly improved since 1960s. What makes our country so great changes? In my opinon, there are two reasons. Firstly,our country has achieved huge success in socialist mordenization. In the pass,many people suffered from hunger,cold. But with the development of our country, we have solved all these problems and most people lead a better life,so their life expectancy has improved a lot. Secondly, our government pays a lot attention on people's health. Since the foundation of the PRC, the government has set up a lot of hospitals and trained a great number of doctors and nurses. Every person can get medical treatment easily,so infant mortality has reduced a lot. I believe all Chinese people will have a better future.
