As you can see,people play their cell phones when crossing the street,having a drink or talking with others.And then ,some students cheat in the exam by suing the mobile phones ,which has a nagative impact .It dose not good to their studies. Moreover,many people incluing studies use the phone everyday ang paly it so late that don't sleep.As we all konw,if one's sleep quality is not good or is short of sleep ,it will be halmful to the health . Addtionally, many children too often play phones,making they spend less time communicating with thwie families,which is leading to the familise affection being light. So I'd like to call on people that don't play the phones too frequently.,to keep healthy and dood bonds with families.
