Nowadays, we are exposing the unexperienced situdation: highly developing society, fastly growing technology, tightly conection with other people. Unpredicably, the quality of life, especially in large cities, is declining. In this eassay, i will give the reason and the relative solution to deal with the decreasing of the quality of life. Besides the aquetation brought by modern industrilization, the environment problem is also presented in front of us. Soil and water have been polluted, while air condition is becoming worse and worse. It means people can hardly have the safe food and water to keep health. More over, people have to face the intensive pressure from career. To sustain their living standard, people suffers overtime working.
