In our daily life, everyone needs advice to help themselves improving, but whose advice are more valuable? The older or the one has the exact same age as you? Some people might think that it is more easy for us to get advice from friends their own age than from friends of an older age. But in my point of view: I prefer getting advice from the olders. To begin with, older friends have more experiences so what they suggest you may mostly the best way to resolve your problems. After all, veterans are better than recruits. Time has given them the best guide. They can learn lessons from the past, so they can learn more ways of solving problems than those young friends. Consequencely, the older friends suggestion maybe more valuable than the same age friends. In addition, the advice from the friends whose age were similar to us are always imitated by our similar logic, because those friends may have same psychology as us so the way they considering may be same as us , thus , it's very natural that at most time they can give us nothing but the same thought as yours. So for not to imitate our thought, we can get more advice from the older friends. Nonetheless, age is not the sole fact for us to find out how to get advice. If a friend who lived under a good educational atmosphere, he/she may give some more creative or more valuable advice. In conclusion, at most of the time we should tend to get advice from the older friends. However, the advice from those of the same age must not be negated. We ought to get advice after an objectively thinking and only by having an overall assessment can one finally attain the best answer.
