It goes without saying that volunteering can enhance self values ,community concern and help us career in the future. Firstly, volunteering to satisfy personal values or humanitarian concerns. Meeting new people and exposure to varying perspectives can enhance your life and overall well being. There's no denying the fact that all of us need help others to achieve ourselves life value. Secondly, volunteering to help a particular community, such as a neighborhood or group, to which you feel attached. For example, We went to a nursing home to accompany the old, to clean up the garbage on the streets, donate money to public welfare organization. We making our own efforts to improve the surrounding and society. Volunteering can make relationships more closely, make society better. Thirdly, volunteer work provides you with the opportunity to gain new skills and experiences, or to hone your existing skills even further. This type of work also shows that you are passionate, engaged and interested in work that provides more than monetary compensation, which are all qualities that future employers will value.
