The best way to keep healthy With the strong and exhaust pressure increasingly put on us by our society, many of us are staying under a sub-health condition,on the one hand, our economical level has increased but on the other hand our health have become the most victim of our bank account. Keeping a good healthy, which from my perspective, is the most current urgency especially about mental health and physical health.But what is the best way to keep health are confusing us frequently. Here are some social ideas about what is the best way to keep health, most of people states that doing regular exercises is the best, nevertheless from others' point, keep a balanced diet is the most important,besides that, few of people believed that making more friends with others, talking with them, making a trip plan with them and always being happy are the best choice for keeping a good health.Those various reasons that keep good healthy have their own virtues, and they are essential and indispensable. First of all, compared with physical health,mental health is the most vital matter, you need to keep a positive attitude not only in your daily life but also in your study and work world,especially the smile can spread your happiness to others and in return your will be happy,that's called positive energy, the next step is to build your body, doing regular exercise especially aerobic exercise such as jogging, stretching your arms and legs and keeping a good diet are benefiting to your physical healthy.All in all, the best way to keep healthy is to exercise in your mental and physical fields
