Some people think that the government should establish free libraries in each town. Others, however, believe that it is a waste of money since the public can use the Internet at home to obtain information. Discuss both sides and give your own opinion.

at present, internet plays a important role in our life. Meanwhile,people are extensive utillization of liabraries in many places. But in the meantime, some people assert that government should build public liabraries in each town. while the other people think that libraries are not necessary in the future because of the Internet. My tentative initial conclusion in terms of cost-benefit analysis is that libararies still crucial in our life, but we should not build them in each place. convincing arguments can be made that liabraries not as important as in the past thanks to internet's development.To start with libraries will spend much money in librarian and book collection and etc. Even so, the money can not come back.Therefore, libraries are expensive than using Internet, we can use this money to help places where still in poverty. Moreover, using libraries are not the effective way to search the answer.Specifically, if you want to search a data from libraries, you would follow a big procedure and go to the library.However, we can use Internet without the limitation of time and spaces.Lastly, in this information explosion time, library can not follow all people's meet, and it hard to refresh the information of library. But in Internet, it is easy to update the information and meet people's request. In other words, Internet is more flexible than library for different fresh information. Admidttedly, libraries also important for some people. The reason for this is that they prefor the way to adopt information. Obviously, it depends on the individual favor.Even so, books are more reliable than Internet because books do not need electricity and Internet information must base on books. In summary, I would concede that libraries still play a crucial role for human. Nonetheless, I think Internet is the most effective approach and fit the people in the future, rather than building so much libraries. Overall, I am convinced that we should estabilish a appropriate number of libraries, and use the money to help poor people to learn.
