It is well-acknowledged that good manners plays an important role in the international communication. However, there is an intense discussion about how to improve national behaviors and cultivate people's sense of manners. As far as I am concerned, it is urgent for every citizen to realize the importance of good manners and constrain their personal behaviors which represent their self-cultivation. However, there are some uncivilized behaviors that can be spotted around China. For example, some people would spit in public with no sense of shame. Another unpleasant behavior is that people always make much noise in public like in cinemas and libraries. SO, what should we do facing in such a serious condition? First, I strongly believe that our government has to take some measures to tackle it, such as increasing public promotion and add more financial revenue to education. Second, enterprises and news media should shoulder the responsibility to promote positive news. At last, it is everybody that influences the whole culture as well as getting rid of bad behaviors. To sum up, never hesitate to move up. Every little helps. Just start small and be a better man!
