what do we know about leadership? what is the typical character of it? These questions would surely be concerned when we firstly convert ourselves to customs of society,especially the regulations of workplaces engaged in. Just as any topic worth to dispute, it is a hard and complicated one to define. But aparently there is a key to approach the truth: to be a charming person. Hard for everyone to deny, a leader should have enough charm to make people who work with him willing to follow him and help him to fulfill a big goal. In order to do this, a leader should be one of the wisest men in his group to overcome difficulties along the road. Another character is considerate. Every one will face sorrows or surprises in his own way of life. The leader would notice the change when his partners felt stuck. And help him out. Last but not least, a leader should hold a merciful mind when someone run into him.
