In junior high school, teachers often create relaxed , pleasant and harmonious atmosphere for students,stimulating student interest in learning English, and encouraging students to learn English in order to achieve the goal of teaching English.Contemporary junior high school students have no interest in learning English or lose interest, one side is lacking of understanding, that is because they are feared of hardship or resentment; and another side, lacking experience of the fun of success.To learn English well, we must study "listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating" well in all-round development. In this paper, throughout the comparison of educational strategies between China and America,how to train junior high school students interested in learning English,and then put forward some measures to be taken in English teaching.
